ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS An inspection was performed on 8/7/20 as part of the renewal application. Emily Sutton is the resident of this house and is t he care taker for the house and system. Her phone numbers are 573 -979-1038 (c) and 919-542-5790 (o). Her email is emily.sutton573@gmail.com. On the day of the inspection, the septic tank was not accessed due to the heavy concrete lids. Emily did not know when tank was last pumped. She has been the resident here for about 18 months. D iscussed checking tank and possibly getting it pumped. The chlorinator did not have chlorine tablets. Ms. Sutton was instructed on where to buy these ta blets and she purchased them after the inspection. The pump tank worked. The alarm is inside the house a nd that worked as well. The spray field was in good condition and there was no evidence of runoff. All four spray heads were working and there was a two strand fence around the area.
