Laurie, the buffer impacts are exempt, the impacts at the site are "equal to or less than 40 linear feet". So I do not need
to issue a buffer authorization for it. I think I had asked her about her calculation for square feet because it didn't make
sense to me and she sent in a correction but it still qualifies as exempt. Sorry for the confusion.

Records indicate that you issued this one on 12/8/09; however, Linda Diebolt delivered this morning PCN page 7 showing
zone 1 & zone 2 buffer impacts.
It will be necessary to "re-issue" this project with a new 401 WQ Cert letter rather than make it a Ver 2 reflecting the
buffer impacts.
