N.C.A.C.4B.0113
Sediment damage:
Corrective actions:
Silt sacks in phase 1 (and any remaining in phase 2) need to be removed to allow
stormwater runoff to flow unobstructed as designed. Site perimeter silt fence will need to
be removed as well. Be sure to coordinate with property owners as silt fence crosses
occupied lots/houses. Upon silt fence removal, upslope erosion rills (on back of lots along
Joselynn DR) need to be repaired to prevent sediment from washing into the nearby
stream; coordinate with property owners.
FES at lot 155: Coordinate with plan engineer regarding final condition of the riprap
apron, as it does not meet plan specifications. Verification/alternative design needs to be
provided from the plan engineer that shows the energy dissipater meeting requirements.
