Please verify with Alamance County that they are unable to review this project for compliance with post -construction stormwater requirements. This project is located in the Jordan Lake Watershed and local jurisdictions may implement the stormwater postconstruction rules in these areas. County does not permit post-constraction stormwater compliance. I was directed to contact 2. Please fill out Section. II, 5. 3. If an area other than the property area (Such as a limit of disturbance) is being used to define the area in which the project is being constructed, then please also revise Section IV, 4 to account for this. 6. Please ensure that the percent impervious area is calculated correctly (Section IV, 8). 7. Since this is a low density project and the entire site drains to the same receiving water, there should only be one drainage area listed (Section IV, 9). This drainage area is the property area. +, 8. Please correct the following issues with the table in Section IV, 10: a. Please remove the second drainage area column. b.
