Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Our NPDES permit NC0001970 Section A7 (Retention pond overflow sampling) states that in the event of an overflow from the 1.9 million -gallon brine yard retention pond, the permittee shall conduit sampling of the overflow for chlorides, expressed as total pounds per day. This shall be done in conjunction with the sampling presently required for this overflow under stormwater permit NCG060288. If you have any questions you can call me at 910-267-4050.
