Dear Mr. Montaperto:

The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted a follow-up inspection of the Dana Hill WWTP on
7/07/2020. The blower belts now have guards over them and therefore are no longer a safety hazard. Timed
composite sampling is now allowed for this facility and so it may continue utilizing this method.
NOV-2019-PC-0625 has now been closed, since these corrections have been made.
