The DWQ has determined that your application will require additional information. Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project: 1. Applicability of Nationwide 39: Please send written verification from the US Army Corps of Engineers Raleigh Field Office that this project will fall into a Nationwide Permit. 2. Please provide full-sized site development plans for the site. 3. Your Express Review acceptance letter noted the requirements for the stormwater management plan. This information was not provided. Please provide stormwater management plans (site construction plans, supporting calculations, worksheets for each stormwater BMP, signed and notarized Operation & Maintenance agreement, etc.) along with form http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/ncwetlands/documents/Exp Rev SWMA.pdf). Furthermore, your project is located in a watershed classified as WS-IV, NSW. Please note that the general Water Quality Certification No. 3631 (corresponding to NW 39) requires extended detention wetlands, bioretention, or wet ponds followed by engineered forested filter strips for projects draining to Water Supply (WS), Nutrient Sensitive Waters (NSW), and other sensitive watersheds. Please respond within five (5) days of the date of this letter by sending five (5) copies of this information. The Express Review Program is a process that requires all parties to participate in a timely manner. If the DWQ feels the Express Review Program is the incorrect review program for your project, then we may have to return your application and have it reviewed through our regular 401 Water Quality Certification Program.
