Enclosed, please find the originals and one copy of each of the storm water discharge monitoring reports
for the monitoring period year 1, period 1 as required by Part II, Section E.2 of our current NPDES Permit
No. NC000003. A representative sample was collected on May 27, 2020 and June 30, 2020. A second
sample was collected during the reporting period because the sample collected in May did not include
analysis for total suspended solids. The June lab report was received by the facility on July 15, 2020.
