Re: Town of Pembroke Union Chapel Pump Station & Forcemain - Permit Modification
Pembroke, Robeson County, North Carolina
Dear Mr. Allen:
Cavanaugh & Associates, P.A. on behalf of the Town of Pembroke hereby submits the
following application to NCDENR - Division of Water Quality for review of the modification to the
existing permit referenced as Permit No. W00034203. The subject project is located in
Pembroke, Robeson County, North Carolina.
The two reasons that facilitate this modification are as follows:
1. The pump station will be relocated to a new position on the Union Chapel School
property. The operating point of the pumps in the pump station has also changed from
the original permit. The design flow of 9,000 gpd is to remain the same.
2. The length of forcemain has been slightly modified from the original permit. The new
length is 19,064'.
Please do not hesitate to contact our office should you have any questions, comments or
require any additional information.
