I have attached the minor modification request for the Dan River Combined Cycle stormwater permit,
NCS000572, for your review. A hard copy has been sent to your attention.
The permitted NPDES outfalls were identified on the drainage area map; however, NPDES outfall 002 for the
ash basin was physically removed with the final grading.
