The purpose of the project is to construct 11 apartment buildings (264 units) and clubhouse with associated paved drives and parking including private and public water along with private and public sewer service. All sewer on site will be private and there is only 661f of public sewer in the right-of-way of Woody Dr (SR2106) as shown on the plans. SITE DESCRIPTION The site consists of 13.2 acres more or less and is currently field/wooded and vacant. ADJACENT PROPERTY Land use in the vicinity is commercial General Business and Apartments. The site will access the public street network by new driveway entrances on SR2106, Woody Drive which is located 1,309 LF NE of NC HWY 54, E. Harden St. and Woody Drive. The second access point is located 1,528 LF from same intersection and a third entrance is located 1,109 LF NE of NC HWY 54, E. Harden St. and SR2107, Whittemore Road.
