"No finite .toxicant was identified throughout the period. Routine maintenance activities included the replacement' of polyethylene bag filters, replacement of carbon filtration media; and a. sludge/sediment removal event via vacuum truck: Site visits were' made on.10/7, 10/14, 10/21 10/29 11/4,:11/11, 11/18, 11/25, 12/2, 12/9, 12/16, 12/26, and 12/30: Associated checklists are enclosed. 100 E.
