No. SAW-2014-02254 Dear Mr. Price: On July 1, 2020, staff from the Division of Water Resources — 401 & Buffer Permitting Branch (Division) conducted an inspection of the wetland south of the laydown yard as labeled on the Brickhaven Site Plan and Impact Map at your request to determine compliance with Condition #3 in the approval letter issued by the Division on November 24, 2015. In accordance with Condition #3 in the Individual Certification #WQC004026, issued by the Division on November 24, 2015., visual monitoring of the wetland south of the laydown yard as labeled on the Brickhaven Site Plan and Impact Map has been conducted and reports have been submitted to the Division. The Division of Water Resources (Division) conducted a site visit on July 1, 2020 and has determined that the wetland hydrologic function has been maintained and the wetlands continue to provide aquatic life propagation, hydrologic functions and biological integrity substantially similar to pre - impact conditions. No further monitoring of this site is necessary.
