As of June 12, 2020, the subsurface sand filter has been disconnected from the dwelling at 5910 Twin Meadows Drive. The discharge point of the sand filter has been capped and the sewer service has been replaced by a "tap in" to the newly installed sewer line by the City of Winston-Salem NC.
