Inspection Summary:
On July 9, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Steve Barnes and Mark Wyatt on site. No major
issues were observed during the inspection. However, it is recommended that the permittee evaluate all stormwater
discharge points and confirm that they do not discharge during storm events. Be advised that a Point Source discharge
includes drainage channel located next to entrances and haul roads.
