On July 13, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. During the inspection, the following items were noted:
1) Materials handling equipment was observed exposed to precipitation. This equipment must be relocated or disposed of to
maintain a status of No Exposure.
2) Uncovered dumpsters were observed during the inspection. All dumpsters must be covered in order to maintain a status of
No Exposure.
3) Material and equipment from past industrial activity was observed exposed to precipitation during the inspection. This
material/equipment must be relocated or disposed of in order to maintain a status of No Exposure.
Please give the above items your immediate attention. This facility will be reinspected on or after August 18, 2020. If the
above items have not been addressed, further action will be taken.
