I am not sure why this one didn't get renewed back in 2015, but they've paid all fees. I don't see anything in Laserfiche
that sheds light on it either; maybe we just missed it or they owed fees at that time (but there's no letter). Anyway, it
needs to be renewed ahead of the batch we prepare so it's current when we create the applications for the 2020
renewal.
I would just do that in BIMS—no need to create a new COC. You can include a comment with the event about this. I'll
record this correspondence and a BIMS screenshot once it's renewed in the LF file. They'll get correspondence later this
year about a new COC.
