Mr. Lawrence - your facility is authorized to discharge properly treated wastewater. The limits for specific pollutants
and their associated monitoring requirements are shown on Page 3 of 6 in the permit modification that I sent you
earlier. Some parameters have monthly average limits, some have daily maximum limits, and some have both.
Additional parameters are monitor -only [with no limits].
I strongly recommend you discuss operational questions with either Mr. Hiram Tuft, the facility ORC, or with Ms. Mikal
Willmer in our Asheville Regional Office. They can give you more detail on how wastewater plants operate and the
specifics of your facility. I've copied both of them on this message, and I'm sure they can bring you up to speed.
