While pouring for one of the footings, the form failed allowing approximately 50 gallons of live concrete into wetland. The wetland is dry and the concrete was contained. No concrete reached any ponded areas or nearby stream. The contractor is in process of removing the concrete and should complete removal today. I will follow up this morning and keep you posted.
