Mike,
There were some changes from our original drawings in that we re -designed the entrance road as to not cross the wetland
stream as originally shown. This change is depicted on the attached as -built drawing and revised sheet C-2. The BMP pond
and other major storm drainage systems around the building and parking lots remained very close to our original design.

Chatham County
The Division of Water Quality Central Office received a Stonnwater Management Permit
Application for the subject project on November 14, 2008. A preliminary review of that
information determined that the application was not complete. Additional information was
requested December 4, 2008. The additional information was to be provided by January 16,
2009. A request was granted to extend that to February 16, 2009. To date, the requested
information, has not been received. We are returning the application as incomplete. The return of
a project necessitates resubmittal of all required items, including the application fee.

approved Sedimentation Erosion Control Plan, is a violation ofNCGS 143-215.1 and is subject to
enforcement action pursuant to NCGS 143-215.6A.
Please reference the State assigned project number SW5081101 on all correspondence.
All original documents must be returned or new originals must be provided. Copies are not
