EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE
1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL POST THE SEDIMENTATION CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL AT THE CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE AND MAINTAIN COPIES
OF THE PROJECT EROSION PERMITS IN THE PERMITS BOX. ANY CHANGES IN THE PROJECT DESIGN THAT RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
DISTURBANCE, OR CHANGE THE DRAINAGE PATTERNS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO NCDENR FOR PERMIT MODIFICATION.
2. NOTIFY THE STATE LAND QUALITY SECTION AT 3W-771.6000 (WINSTON SALEM REGIONAL OFFICE) AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO BEGINNING
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
3. NO CLEARING, CONSTRUCTION, OR LAND DISTURBANCE ACTIVITIES MAY BEGIN ON THE SITE UNTIL ALL EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL
MEASURES HAVE BEEN INSTALLED IN LOCATIONS AS SHOWN ON THE CONTRACT DRAWINGS. IF CLEARING IS REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION OF
THE GIVEN MEASURE, ALL OTHER MEASURES SHOWN SHALL BE INSTALLED FIRST. THE NECESSARY LAND DISTURBANCE ACTIVITIES REQUIRED

PERMIT BOX FOR AUDIT BY REGULATORY AGENCIES.
18. REMOVE ALL SEDIMENT DEPOSITED DURING CONSTRUCTION IN THE DRY POND, REMOVE TEMPORARY BAFFLES. REPAIR EROSION FEATURES
AND RESTORE THE VEGETATED SLOPES. REMOVE SKIMMER AND RESTORE RISER TO PERMANENT DRY POND DESIGN. INSTALL THE LEVEL
SPREADER AND FILTER STRIP.
19. AFTER SITE IS STABILIZED, REMOVE ALL TEMPORARY MEASURES, AND PROVIDE PERMANENT SEEDING WHERE TEMPORARY MEASURES HAVE
