On the site plan, please provide:
a. One-foot topographic contour lines.
b. The boundaries of the protected riparian buffer and the pond.
c. The entire storm pipe drainage system, with a clear distinction between the
existing pipes and new proposed pipes.
d. A scaled depiction of the dissipater pads you propose to use at each pipe
outlet.
2. The plans should be sealed by an appropriate design professional.
3. Please explain how peak flow control will be provided for the undeveloped
portions of the drainage area in order to protect the Wimbleton subdivision from
future flooding problems after these improvements are made..
