APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF SUBMITTAL OF REQUESTED INFORMATION
Dear Mr. Turpin:
On October 29, 2009, the DWQ returned your application for 401 Water Quality Certification for the
above-referenced project to you. On January 22, 2010, the Division of Water Quality received a letter
dated January 20, 2010, from your engineer, Eddie Bunn, regarding an extension for submittal of the
requested information for the project as outlined in a letter to you requesting additional information dated
April 1, 2009. The DWQ will waive the requirement of the application fee for re-submittal of this
application information and extend the due date for submittal of the requested information for the project
to April 1, 2010.
This letter only addresses the granting of an extension to the due date for submittal of the requested information
for the project and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that
any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ. Please call Ms.
