There has been a modification to the Drainage Area contributing to both Stormwater Ponds No
Additional BUA is being directed at the Stormwater Ponds. Permanent diversion ditches were
Adjusted on Lots 16-20 as well as 22 & 23. Additionally a Landscape Berm has been added in the
100' Right -of -Way Buffer to allow for topsoil waste on site, adding additional DA to BMP #1
