On June 4, 2020, Brian Lambe from the Wilmington Regional Office of the Division of Energy, Mineral,
and Land Resources (DEMLR), conducted a compliance evaluation inspection for Florida Rock and Tank
Lines Navassa located in Cedar Hill Road, Brunswick County, North Carolina. The site drains to Cape Fear
River, which is currently classified as Class C Sw Waters in the Cape Fear River Basin.
The following observations were noted during the DEMLR inspection (please see the attached
addendum for additional information about your permit):
1) Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP)
A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) has been developed, recorded, and properly
implemented.

Inspection Summary:
Met with facility representatives. Site met requirements of the permit including the SPPP, sampling, and site conditions. The
SPPP was new as the facility was recently transferred to new owner. The site representatives must incorporate and
document SPPP actions. Truck wash is not part of the lease and is not operable at this time. Please be aware of
requirements if you want to open the wash. All maintenance is done inside. There were no empty containers stored outside.
The sampling point should be labeled with a sign.
