Ridgewood Farms at Stones Throw WWTP
Dear Ms. Carpenter:
This office represents Mr. Bobby Williams, who is currently not on the Board of
Directors of the Stone's Throw Home Owners Association. Mr. Williams advised me
that at a Meeting of the Board of Directors, in January, 2016, Mr. Wayne Huntley was
voted to be the successor President of the Board of Directors. This meeting was properly
noticed, and there was at that time a quorum present to sufficiently make this change. It
is noteworthy, that pursuant to the Bylaws, Mr. Williams tenure as President was set to
expire then in any event, and it is our understanding that there were no nominations to
have him continue as an officer of the Board. We have requested the Home Owners
Association to update their records, and remove Mr. Williams' name,however they have
not done so at this time.
