Emily — NC0089583 is the correct permit number.
NCG551761 was an application that was returned in September 2019. The facility can't meet the requirements of
NCG550000.
The application should be logged in as a renewal for NC0089583.

Good afternoon,
After doing some digging, I found the application that was requested. See link below, as it was in Laserfiche under
NC0089583 (the previous permit) but the new permit number is NCG551761.

My apologies for the confusion,

Your NPDES permit for Hibernia Recreation Area was due to our Division on November 2, 2019.
Federal (40 CFR 122) and state (15A NCAC 2H.0105 (e)) regulations require that permit renewal applications be filed at
least 180 days prior to expiration of the current permit. After it expires April 30, 2020, any wastewater discharging from
this site is ILLEGAL until a new NPDES permit is issued. Discharge of wastewater without a valid permit could result in
civil penalties of up to $25,000.00 per day.
If you wish to renew the permit, use the attached checklist to complete your renewal application. The checklist identifies
the items you must submit with the renewal application.
If you have already submitted your materials, please do no response to me and disregard this email.
Thank you,
Emily
