Grand Oaks is off of Bivens Rd. and includes Red Coach Rd. and Grand Oaks Rd. My understanding is that the situation involves issues pertinent to the NC Public Staff, DEQ, and DOT, and so I wanted to connect you all and encourage you to discuss the matter.
