The proposed project will result in incremental impacts of past, present, and future activities within the Union
County Yadkin Service Area. Cumulative impacts to water quality associated with the proposed project may
include water quality degradation due to increased stormwater runoff from development and water quality and
quantity impacts associated with the water withdrawal from Lake Tillery. The Final EIS document includes a
detailed analysis of cumulative impacts to water quality and other environmental resources
