A North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries (DMF) Fisheries Resource Specialist has
reviewed the Division of Water Resources application for proposed actions that may
impact fish and fish habitats. The proposed project, ID number 20200769, is located at
6208 Johnson Pond Road, Fuquay-Varina, within Wake County. The bodiy of water closest
to the project location is Terrible Creek, and the site is within the Neuse River Basin. DMF
