I was able to issue this under a non -reporting NWP3. They should have let you know they are heard from the Corps on
June 8, 2020.

Ms. Glenn,
The request submitted to the Corps on May 22, 2020, is covered under Nationwide Permit 3. Since your proposed
project is under the notification requirements of this permit, no additional information is needed at this time. However,
if your project changes and exceeds the notification thresholds then further action will be required prior to starting
construction (see notification section in attached Nationwide Permit 3).
PLEASE NOTE:
- This Department of Army determination does not relieve the permittee of the responsibility to obtain any other
Federal, state, or local approvals/permits. The permittee may need to contact appropriate state and local agencies
before beginning construction.

Please review the attached Nationwide Permit XX and let me know if you have any questions.
