Div 11 did not construct the projects listed below. All were located in Watauga Co. They decided on a different
approach for the road, of which is in the works. Beth Harmon and the Corps were informed and are on board.
I'll file the emails from DOT, Corps and DMS to LF. We did not require mitigation. Let me know if you need
