In response to Permit requirements, we collected a discharge sample from the sand filter and
have analyzed it for the parameters indicated in the General Permit. The results are as follows:

Flow estimate is based on 3 adults x 50 gals/person/day. High F. coli count is due to difficulty
segregating natural stream flow from effluent flow since pipe is partially submerged.
The next effluent sample will be collected and analyzed in the 2"d Quarter 2021. In the
