Grab samples for pH and Conductivity are collected daily and analyzed with a calibrated benchtop meter within the 15 minute hold time. The DO and Temperature are analyzed daily using a calibrated handheld meter at the sampling points. These results are recorded on a single bench sheet located in the lab. The bench sheet is checked daily by the lab analyst and weekly by the lab supervisor and lab manager. The bench sheets are stored and used at a later date to complete the DMR. This particular week's samples were collected, analyzed and in compliance. However, the weekly bench sheet that contained the data was lost. Lab personnel searched the entire lab, file folders, etc., but were unable to locate the bench sheet for DMR entry. Inline monitoring for process control is also conducted daily for DO, Temperature, and pH. These results are recorded by the plant operator on a different sheet. While these are not certified they do represent a very accurate indication of actual certified results. The following are a list of the inline monitoring results for that week: 3 Public Utilities AA F nk1in count A RnrarcbTrr w#Ir Rrlrorr f urnrruualy 416/2020, pH =7.96, DO = 8.71, Temp. = 18.0°C 41712020, pH =7.97, DO = 8.55, Temp. - 18.4°C 4/812020, pH =8.00, DO = 8.40, Temp. 18.9°C 41912020, pH =8.01, DO = 8.33, Temp. = 19.2°C 1630 US ##1 Hwy Youngsville, NC 27596 Phone: 919.556.6177 www.franklincountync.us We have since prepared an online spreadsheet to serve as a virtual back-up of all the data we record at the plant, including the aforementioned parameters, should we lose our physical bench sheets again. These data parameters are recorded DAILY by the lab analyst. Please note that DEO Raleigh Regional office was notified by nhone as soon as this issued was noticed. Please also note that Franklin County has consistently been in compliance for these field parameters and we have not received any toxic influent loads.
