In accordance with Part III, E(2) of the above referenced NPDES Storm Water permit, the
original and one copy of the monthly monitoring reports are attached. The samples collected are
required monthly due to Tier one Status. The period for sampling ended December 31, 2018.
Samples were collected from outfalls on December 20, 2018. Samples for the following outfalls
were collected: SW001, SW002, SW003, SW073, SW075, SW078 and SW079. The laboratory
results were received on January 9, 2019. Analytes sampled above the benchmark values for
analytical monitoring are as follows.

2018.
Enclosed is the DMR for outfalls SW001, SW002, SW003, SW073, SW075, SW077 and
SW078. There were no samples collected from these outfalls and are listed as "No Flow" for the
sampling period. This was due to either nighttime rainfall events, inclement weather or lack of
qualifying rainfall events.
