Representative samples were not collected from SWO07 or SW008 during September 2019 because of NO FLOW conditions at the facility, including stormwater events not initiating during daylight hours or stormwater events that did initiate on weekend days or inside 72-hour period since the last stormwater event. Therefore, this report is submitted as a formal notification of the NO FLOW conditions at the site for September 2019. Currently SWO07 remains in Tier 2 status for two consecutive values for copper outside the permit benchmark range. Additionally, SWO08 remains in Tier 3 status for four intermittent TSS values reported outside the benchmark range within the permit cycle.
