In accordance with Part III, E(2) of the above referenced NPDES Storm Water permit, the original and one
copy of the monthly monitoring reports for the outfalls that have been classified as Tier 2 or Tier 3 and are
subject to monthly sampling, are attached. The period for sampling ended on July 31, 2019.
Enclosed is the DMR for outfalls SW001, SW007, SW009, SW010, SW016, SW018 and SW020.There
were no samples collected from these outfalls and are listed as "No Qualifying Flow" for the sampling
period. This was due to either nighttime rainfall events or lack of qualifying rainfall events.

In accordance with Part III, E(2) of the above referenced NPDES Storm Water permit, the
original and one copy of the monthly monitoring reports are attached. The samples collected are
required monthly due to Tier Two or Tier Three Status. The period for sampling ended June 30,
2019. Outfalls SWO01 and SW020 had no qualifying flow for the month of June 2019.
This DMR also contains the Year 4, Period 4 No Flow status outfalls for the period April 1, 2019-
June 30, 2019. Outfall .SWO08(quarterly sampling status) was collected during the month of
June 2019 and the analysis results are included in this DMR.
Samples were collected on June 7, 2019. Samples for the following outfalls were collected:
SWO07, SWO08, SWO09, SWO10, SWO16, and SWO18. The laboratory results were received
on June 24, 2019. Analytes sampled above the benchmark values for analytical monitoring are
as follows. Duke Energy has performed the steps required by the Tier Two and has
performed the steps required by Tier Three status for these outfalls.
