FILES DV►1R SECTION Samples were collected from the two NIEHS stormwater discharge outfalls during a representative storm event on December 17, 2019. Laboratory results for these samples are recorded on the attached Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) forms. Results were less than the permitted benchmarks except for total nitrogen and total phosphorus at Outfall #2. This is the first time in NIEHS stormwater monitoring history that these parameters have exceeded their respective benchmarks. Site investigation conducted as part of the Tier 1 requirements could not determine a source. Supervisory personnel associated with NIEHS landscaping and construction projects were not aware of any events that could have contributed to these benchmark exceedances. As a preventative measure, supervisory personnel were asked to remind contractors about spill response procedures in the event of a release to the stormwater conveyance system.
