On January 25, 2016 the North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality - Division of
Energy, Minerals, and Land Resources of the Winston-Salem Regional Office received your
completed permit application for No -Exposure Certification of the above referenced facility.
The facility located at 317 Green Needles Drive is a leased warehouse used for storage of
finished doors and door components. No manufacturing takes place at this location. As the
facility appears to meet the requirements, the facility is Approved for No Exposure Exclusion
under current operating procedures.
A copy of this letter should remain in your file for the life of this permit. In the event this site no
longer qualifies for a No -Exposure Exclusion; the facility must obtain coverage under anew
NPDES permit prior to any point source discharge of stormwater from the facility.
The Winston-Salem Regional Office may inspect your facility at any time in the future to verify
compliance with the No Exposure Exclusion. If you have questions or need additional
