Dear Sir/Madam:
WestRock Converting Company is the current owner and operator of the above -referenced facility and a
subsidiary of WestRock Company. Over the course of the next several months, WestRock Company will
be implementing a project to simplify its domestic legal entity structure. As part of this project, WestRock
Converting Company will be converted to a limited liability company on September 30, 2018, and its name
will become "WestRock Converting, LLC." The purpose of this letter is to notify you of the upcoming name
change and request that your agency reflect this new name on the above -referenced permit.
The change described in this letter will not have any direct, immediate impact on the permitted facility from
an environmental standpoint. It will not result in the modification of the manufacturing process at the facility,
nor will any alteration in the nature, rate or quantity of any environmental discharges from the facility occur.
Further, there will be no immediate change in local environmental staff.
