The facility was not visited in person due to the pandemic. The facility was in compliance at the last inspection in December 2018. 1 spoke to Keith Thomas at the golf course. He said that the water spigot at the reclaimed water pump house is inside the building, so the public has no access to it. Mr. Thomas has been submitting NDAR forms monthly. The permit does not require NDAR forms. Data entry staff have been confused by receiving these forms and BIMS has been flagging hundreds of violations per year. I told Mr. Thomas that the NDAR forms were not necessary. I believe that when he stops submitting them, BIMS will stop generating violations.
