Pursuant to your request dated May 5, 2020, impacts to approximately 277 linear feet of South Fork New River for bank
stabilization activities at 2023 Joe Little Road, Crumpler, NC is approved. No written authorization (other than this email)
will be provided and there are no special conditions of your permit authorization. Attached are recommendations from
the North Carolina Wildlife Resource Commission for your consideration. The work is authorized in accordance with the
attached Nationwide Permit #27 and its associated conditions which is set to expire March 18, 2022. Please contact me
