Also included is a copy of the project record drawings. Full-time construction observation was provided by qualified staff working under my direct supervision. Also, periodic observation of the construction was performed by me as well. Please note that due to an issue with securing an easement, an alignment change was made prior to receiving bids. This resulted in a reduction of the amount of sewer line installed from the permitted amount of 14,500 feet to approximately 12,600 feet. No services were deleted thus the permitted flow has not changed. We appreciate your assistance with this project. If additional information is required please,let me know. Any wastewater flow made tributary to the wastewater collection system extension prior to completion of this Engineer's Certification shall be considered a violation of the permit and shall subject the Permittee to appropriate enforcement actions.
