DWQ is returning the project and fee until you hear from the US Army Corps about NW permit number to cover
the stream impacts. If we accepted the check it would be near impossible to get a refund if no fee were needed.
It is best if you send the package in when everything is in order. A DWQ # was assigned and the project will be
kept on hold until re-submission. The project will not go out until Tuesday January 19, 2010.
