Eric Fleek of my staff has reviewed the proposed 2015 biological study plan for the Roxboro Steam
Electric Plant. This document was received on January 131", 2015.
As detailed in the aforementioned document, the study plan's program, frequency, and location are
acceptable and are identical to the most recently approved (2014) plan. Therefore, the Water Sciences
Section approves the proposed plan for 2015.
