"The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) greatly appreciates the coalition's support of the monitoring and the time and expertise contributed by its members. By this letter the DWQ confirms the waiver of instream monitoring requirements within your individual NPDES permit in exchange for the NRBC's monitoring of the basin as specified within the Memorandum of Agreement {MOA) effective August 1, 201 1. Influent and effluent monitoring requirements are not affected by this waiver. Should your membership in the NRBC be terminated, you must notify DWQ immediately and the instream monitoring requirements in Your permit will be reinstated. All other terms -and conditions in the original permit remain unchanged and in full effect. 'These modifications are issued pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1 and the Memorandum of Agreement between North Carolina and the US Environmental Protection Agency, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, North Carolina 27699-1617 512 North Salisbury Street, Raleigh, North Carolina 27604 Phone: 919-807-63001 FAX: 919-807-64951 Customer Service: 1-877-623-6748 one NorthC trolilia Naturally An Equal opportunity 1 Affirmative Action Employer If you have any questions regarding this letter or any other coalition matter, please contact Carrie Ruhlman at (919) 743-841 1 or at carrie.ruhiman@pcdenr.gov. ncdenr.gov.
