Good morning Charles,
I was hoping you could look into a Civil Penalty Payment that we sent to you back in December 2019. 1 cannot locate a
payment acknowledgement letter from you and just want to make sure everything can be closed out. Our accounting
department told me the check was issued on 11/21/19 and cleared the bank on 12/13/19.
I have attached the Penalty that we received to assist you in locating it. If you need further information please let me
know. I look forward to hearing back from you.
