Laurie,
It was an Express project and Joseph and I visited the site recently and gave them advice, but they are choosing
to go to Annette with a modification the their stormwater management plan approval so that they do not have to
pay the express fee for a stormwater plan review. Does that make sense?

Bims shows this as an Express project. It's been on hold awaiting sets & fee.
Recvd submittal by Freeland & Kauffman on Friday but it was addressed to Annette & there was no fee.
