Dear Mr. Patrick:
In a letter dated May 4, 2020 a couple of items where brought to our attention in the review of the 2019
annual report for the Town of Denton.
The first item was that the lime stabilization sheets where not submitted with the annual report. The
lime stabilization sheets have been submitted by Troy Branch to you via e-mail after he received the
NOV.
The second issue involved the acreage reported on forms MFLSF and FSF for fields 02-04 and 02-05. This
was an error in filling out the forms. I have included an update MFLSF and FSF for fields 02-04 and 02-05.
1 used the acreage listed on Attachment B that was certified on March 19, 2015 that was active at the

time of land application. The new Attachment B has a slight increase in acreage for these fields due to
buffer rule changes, however the PAN rate was still well below the maximum allowed on these fields.
