I have completed reviewing the additional information for the subject permitting project.
It appears they have addressed everything but one item on the list. Item#34,we requested updated maps for Site OR-
79. However,they submitted an updated map for Field#6 only. If they want to renew Fields#1 through#5,we need
updated maps for those five fields.The maps they included in the original application package are old, not accurate,and
do not show all the site features.
I will look over the draft permit shortly.

Please find attached a copy of the draft permit for Burlington,WQ0000520. If you have any comments questions or
concerns, please let me know by next Thursday,the 18t. If everything is ok, please let me know that as well.
If you need more time, let me know. It has taken the best part of two days to go through this and update BIMS and the
permit.So I understand.
